I went to the bank recently, and have done this many times over the years, and requested that the lady at the counter give me $10,000 out of my account.
She looked up at me slowly…like I had 4 eyes.
She slowly said, “do you have an appointment with anyone?”
I said, “No, why would I have an appointment with someone?”
She replied, “We need someone to help get that done for you because we need to make sure the cash is there.”
Make sure the cash was there?!?!?!
Yes, you read that right.
Banks DO NOT HAVE YOUR MONEY.
Once you give it to them they legally own your assets and can do pretty much whatever they want with it.
This allows the ruling class to inflate your wealth away and bail it in (just take it from your account) or bail it out (inflation.)
We have the ability now in 2022 to take custody of our own wealth and not have it hanging at the whim of politicians and crooks.
You have seen the headlines of FTX and other crypto exchanges blowing up this year.
The more of us that take custody and spend 20-30 minutes setting their storage up, can have generational wealth stored in their heads.
No one can mess with you and your wealth.
Exchanges = the hardest to trust and where you buy and sell bitcoin. Get off of here ASAP.
Hot wallets/Software wallets = places you could transfer in the meantime before you can get to your cold storage wallet.
Might only want enough to live day to day or each week or what you would hold in a real wallet or purse.
Cold storage hardware wallet = the best and only place to store your savings and long term wealth to become sovereign.
This gets easier to do by the day. Your 12-24 word seed phrase can be stored in your head and taken wherever you go.

There are tons of videos out there where you can get in depth detail within minutes like BTC Sessions on YouTube.
I wanted a quick overview of what types of wallets there so people knew quickly what they were looking at and wasn’t so confusing.
