Steven Berkoff is an actor, author, playwright, theatre practitioner and theatre director. He is noted for his roles in the James Bond film, ‘Octopussy’, A Clockwork Orange, and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. On the stage, he has performed the title roles in Shakespeare’s Hamlet, Richard II and Macbeth. He is recognised for his brand of “Berkovian theatre”, which combines elements of physical theatre, total theatre and expressionism.
